Take a deep dive into the Pilates power circle prop. This magic circle simulates a connection felt in your core muscles when engaged.

Learn about how to use this tool to:

• Stretch your back body and lengthen your spine.

• Strengthen your transverse abdominal (TA) muscle,

• Improve your balance, and

• Find a quicker connection to your power house.

Session is 2 hours, includes an exercise sheet and a Pilates power circle for home use.
